Cabinet approves draft standards law

> Newsflash Desk The cabinet on Monday in principle gave an approval to the draft of "The Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) Law, 2016" revising the existing law to make it compatible with international practices. Scanning systems at Dhaka airport poor: UK report

Newflash Desk UK Department of Transport in a report has expressed concern over the scanning systems of passengers, luggage and cargos at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport here, but acknowledged the reasonable protective security measures around it.
